Executive Needs Assessment

Most executives are giving vague, fragmented, and unpredictable direction to their support teams.

EES helps executives get specific and identify the types of executive support that are most impactful and important for their unique needs and environment.

Concrete. Measurable. Trainable.

Every single executive support role in the corporate world is constructed from a combination of the same basic building blocks. By distilling these abstract support concepts into 21 concrete job duties, EES has developed a way to measure performance, then train support team members on specific support responsibilities that actually matter to their executive.

Prioritize, then Analyze

First, we work with executives to determine what types of support are most useful and impactful for their work. Next, we grade current support performance using our EES Support System Maturity Model. High-priority, low-performing domains become target areas for our work together.

Core Executive Performance Metrics

In addition to Support System Maturity Scores, executives receive baseline scores on Core Executive Performance Metrics. These benchmarks establish a clear baseline for our work together and provide a framework for measuring long-term progress.

Reclaimable Hours

Estimated Reclaimable Hours captures the amount of executive time lost to unnecessary meetings and low-value tasks. Incremental improvements in this area can give executives several hours per week back on their calendars.

Execution Gap Score

Time is not the only opportunity. The Execution Gap Score reveals how seemingly harmless behaviors (like missing deadlines, being unprepared, and making uninformed decisions) can impact overall executive performance and execution over time.
